Pico de Gallo

Pico de gallo is a simple and healthy Mexican salsa made with all fresh ingredients.

  • 2 medium jalapeƱos
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 lime (can also use a splash of white vinegar, see notes)
  1. Medium dice the jalapeƱos, tomatoes and onion and add to a bowl. 

  2. Add the chopped cilantro.

  3. Add the juice of half of a lime.

  4. Mix all the ingredients together.

  5. Serve as a salsa atop of tacos, salads or any cut of meat. Can also be served as a side dish or as a dip with chips.
