banana (add a whole banana for added sweetness or if sharing)
creamy almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 1/2 - 2
almond milk (use 2 cups if sharing)
scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend at medium-high speed until all ingredients are fully combined.
