This aguachiles recipe is a vibrant, spicy dish, made with tender shrimp, cucumbers, red onions, and mango in an incredible green sauce.
Prepare the Shrimp. Place defrosted and clean shrimp in a bowl and cover with lime juice.
Marinate the Shrimp. Leave the shrimp in the lime juice in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare Sauce. Blend jalapeño, garlic, 1 mango, cilantro, lime juice and habanero until smooth.
Chop. Slice a cucumber in half moons, slice the red onion and chop the mango. Add everything to a bowl and mix with shrimp and sauce.
Serve. Serve with tortilla chips or on top of tostadas.
