Toast Masa Harina. In a medium pan, toast masa harina until golden.
Boil Water. Add cinnamon stick to boiling water and add piloncillo. Simmer until dissolved.
Add Chocolate. Add chocolate disk and stir until dissolved.
Add Milks. Stir in milk and evaporated milk. Simmer on low.
Add Masa. Blend masa with a little water. Slowly add to the milk mixture and whisk constantly.
