Corn Tortillas Chicken Breasts Onion Tomatoes Garlic Salt Black pepper Oregano Oil Cheese
Ingredients
Cook chicken. Add chicken breasts, onion, garlic and salt to medium pot and cover ingredients completely with water. Simmer until chicken is cooked through.
Make sauce. Boil tomatoes, onion, and garlic in water until soft. Blend until smooth.
Prepare the filling. Cook shredded chicken in a pan with a little bit of oil. Pour sauce over and set aside.
Assemble Tacos. Add about chicken and a sprinkle of shredded cheese to each of the tortillas. Fold into half moons.
Fry Tacos. Fry tacos in oil on each side until crunchy and golden.
Serve. Serve immediately with your choice of toppings and garnishes.
