Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic paprika, rosemary, salt and pepper together using your hands until everything is just combined. Do not over mix or the meat will turn out tough.
Divide the meat into four equal parts. Shape each part into 4.5″x3″ steaks that are about 1/2″ thick.
Use a mortar and pestle or food processor to grind up half a cup of Milton’s Hot & Spicy crackers into fine crumbs. Place on an extended plate and set aside.
Take each of the steaks and press them into the cracker crumbs so all sides are coated evenly.
Coat the bottom of a large skillet or pan with oil and set the heat to medium. Once hot, add the coated steaks. To ensure you do not overcrowd the pan, you may have to cook the milanesas in two batches.
Cook the meat on one side until crispy, then flip. After a couple of minutes cover the pan to allow the patties to cook on the inside. Continue to cook until both sides are crisp and the patties are cooked through, about 5-8 minutes.
Serve the milanesas immediately while hot and crispy. These Cheesy Cheddar Ground Beef Milanesas are great with side of rice, a salad or mashed potatoes.
