This vibrant and refreshing Strawberry Mango Agua Fresca (or agua de fresa con mango) is a blend of sweet, juicy strawberries and rich tropical mangos. Lightly sweetened with honey and brightened with fresh lime juice, this Mexican drink is nourishing and delicious. Perfect for summer gatherings or a refreshing treat any time of day.

I've shared how I make a simple, refreshing Agua de Fresa and a tropical Mango Agua Fresca, but now I have combined the two for a smooth, naturally sweet drink that's bursting with summer flavor.
When I think of aguas frescas, I think of my mom blending whatever ripe fruit we had on hand. That spirit of mixing what's fresh and in season inspired this recipe, that and my whole family's love for both strawberries and mangos.
Strawberries bring a light sweetness, while mango adds body and richness. Plus, the combination is nourishing, full of vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants. And like all my aguas frescas, it's easy to adjust to your taste, and it's naturally sweetened with honey.
